WE TRANSPORT CELEBRATES THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF EMPLOYEES CALVIN BENT AND WILL SMITH AT NYAPT 2023 SUMMER CONFERENCE

WE Transport Inc., a subsidiary of the Beacon Family, today lauds the exemplary achievements of its team members Calvin Bent and Will Smith, who were recently honored with prestigious awards at the New York Association of Pupil Transportation (NYAPT) 2023 Summer Conference.

Calvin Bent, an esteemed member of the WE Transport team, was recognized as the “Master Instructor of the Year” for the 2022-2023 school year. The award, granted by the State Education Department (SED) and Pupil Transportation Safety Institute (PTSI), pays tribute to Mr. Bent’s outstanding dedication, expertise, and unyielding commitment to educating the future generation.

Similarly, WE Transport’s Will Smith, an Elmont Trainer, was hailed as the “School Bus Driver of the Year” for the 2022-2023 school year by the NYAPT. This accolade acknowledges Mr. Smith’s relentless dedication to student safety, his exceptional driving skills, and his unwavering commitment to his role.
